The Column Still from St. Lucia Distillers is a traditional two-column Coffey still, introduced in 1985. Admiral Rodney rums have the imprint of Saint Lucia rum, which is unmatched rum character compared to any other fine aged rum. The rich flavor profile is undoubtedly due to the intelligence of extracting pure rum from the lower platters of the rectification column with a lower alcohol per volume level. These rums have a heavier body than most column distilled rums and deserve long periods of aging in oak barrels to fully evolve into Saint Lucia's most precious liquid treasure.
