Ingredients

6 cl of Clément White Agricultural Rum

3 cl of Clement cane syrup

1 lime wedge

Method

Slowly crush the lime with the cane sugar syrup and add the rum.

Ingredients

4 cl Chairman's Reserve spiced rum
2 cl Creole Shrubb
 
2 cl of fresh lemon juice

Method

Add all the ingredients to a shaker or a glass. Incorporate ice then mix. Using a colander, pour everything into the cocktail glass of your choice.

Chairman's Reserve

JULEP

Ingredients
4 cl of Chairman's Reserve Legacy
6-8 leaves + a few sprigs of mint
1 cl of cane syrup

Method
Place in a glass, ice cubes and a few mint leaves. Add the rum and complete with crushed ice.
Decorate with a bunch of mint.

BEACH HOUSE 
PINK ESCAPE

Ingredients
50 ml of Beach House Pink Spiced​
½ lime​
10 ml of  red fruit syrup​
120 ml tonic​

Method
Crush the lime into cubes and fill your glass with ice cubes. Add the syrup, rum and tonic. Stir gently and garnish your cocktails with red fruits.

Ingredients

2 cl Arcane Extraroma

2 cl of Cane Sugar

3 dashes of Angostura bitters

Gingerbeer

Ice cube


Method
Mix with a mixing spoon.

2 cl of Bounty Gold
1 cl of lime juice
3/4 cl of simple syrup


Method

Shake and strain into a stemmed cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wedge or fresh herbs.

2 cl of Chairman's Reserve Spiced Rum 
1 cl Creole Shrubb 
1 cl of fresh lemon juice

Method

Add all the ingredients to a shaker or a glass. Shake with ice and filter into a stemmed cocktail glass, decorated with cinnamon and sugar.

Ingredients

40 ml of Beach House Gold Spiced

10 ml of ginger beer

20 ml elderflower syrup

 


Method
In a glass filled with ice cubes, add the ingredients and stir everything. Garnish with a lime wedge and mint.

CARTRON DUKE
OF BURGUNDY

Ingredients

50 ml of Admiral Rodney Rum

15 ml of Red Vermouth 

5 ml of Joseph Cartron Smoked Black Tea Liqueur

5 ml of Guignolet de Bourgogne Joseph Cartron

3 drops of Absinthe and 3 of Aromatic Bitters


Method
Pour all the ingredients into a mixing glass, fill with ice cubes and stir with a spoon. Filter through a block of ice in an old-fashioned glass then squeeze a zest above the glass.

Ingredients

1,5 cl Shrubb JM 

6 cl Rum JM Volcanic Terroir

3 dashes of Angostura bitters

Method 

Fill an Old Fashioned glass with ice cubes and add the ingredients. Stir everything delicately and express an orange zest. Enjoy your Old Fashioned accompanied by a cigar or a square of dark chocolate.
